Distance sensor strip to keyboard

This article is intended for piano technicians

The distance between the sensor strip and the bottom edge of the key should be 8 to 15 mm.

Please make sure that the keyboard width complies with the standard (1,223 mm).
If the keyboard width differs by more than 5 mm, the sensor bar must be adjusted. Please contact our Technical Service Department.

The sensor strip should be installed at a distance of 8-15 mm from the bottom edge of the keys.

If the distance is more than 15 mm, the values may not be optimally measured by the sensors and calibration may not be possible. If the distance is too close, notes may occur randomly.
