Connection cable power supply unit

Connection with DC power connection (1-3)
Check the mains plug (1).
Check that the DC socket (see illustrations) is connected (2).
Check that the main board is connected to the DC power connector (3).
Connection VARIO duet module with USB-C cable (4)
Check whether the main board is connected to the VARIO duet module via USB-C cable (4).
Connection VARIO connect+ module (5)
Check whether the (smaller) VARIO connect+ module is connected to the VARIO duet module via USB-C cable (5).
Connection of the sensor bar through the ribbon cable
Check that the main board is connected to the sensor bar by the ribbon cable (6+7).
Connection ribbon cables and pedal sensors (8+9)
Check that ribbon cables and pedal sensors are connected (8+9).
Check the function of the hammer stop bar. The hammers should not get in contact with the strings even in fortissimo.

Connect the VARIO app for iOS to the system. Open the settings and tap Reset Favorites.
Connect the VARIO app for iOS to the system. Open the settings and tap Reset Dynamics Curves.
Check Bluetooth name, change if necessary: Model & serial number of the instrument (e.g. R124 #234544).
Connect the system to the VARIO app for iOS via Bluetooth. Open the settings and go to the Bluetooth name menu item.
To complete the test, play with the silent function activated and listen to the sound of the VARIO system via headphones.
While playing, switch through the favorites with the button on the front module and thus check the error-free function of the button.
