What’s New in the VARIO App Version 2.4.0 for iOS & iPadOS

Great news for our friends in Japan: you can now select your own language in the VARIO app 2.4.0.

Version 2.4.0 also includes several minor improvements. Settings you have stored as Favorites—a feature introduced in version 2.3.0—can now be uploaded manually into the system. This prevents automatic erasing of previously stored Favorites. The new “Reset Favorites” function in the SETTINGS block lets you overwrite your Favorites with the latest factory settings.

Playback from iOS has also been improved: Just like an acoustic piano doesn’t generate any sound if you press a key very softly, your iPhone/iPad remains silent if the sensors of the VARIO system are set accordingly. In earlier app versions, this was only the case if you used headphones.

Last but not least, typing errors were corrected and various texts improved.

Please note that we are also releasing a new version of the VARIO firmware together with the latest app version.
